Research: In your IB Workbook, you will use a spread to do some research.
Include a title called “Zentangle” with thoughts to the what the word means
Include the date
Explain what zentangle is
Explain some of the methods
Explain the theory
Include some samples from online

Doing: You will create a three panel zentangle image
In your workbook, on the same pages above, you will need to include 3-5 ideas for your project, small sketches.
Your final project will have three panels that are each 5in x 5in
You will need to include the general shape of and animal and a tree
You should use the shape of the animal and its value to determine the lines and patterns used.
You should sketch your panels on the handouts and then use black to fill them in.

- AVOID ERASING, especially in initial sketches
- Do not use a flat, comic looking animal as your inspiration
